Restore my VIP subscription

Open the app, go to Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

Cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → DesireReads and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Get a refund

Apple processes all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid but didn't get my coins

Close and reopen the app; pending purchases are delivered when the app starts. If the coins still aren't there, email us with the purchase date and the order ID from your Apple receipt email.

Delete my account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. You can also email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.
